Pili Pushers Pili Nut Ginger and Turmeric Latte
Inspired by Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric milk has been drunk for centuries for its healing benefits. Here is our vegan version of a classic – comforting, warm and rich turmeric paired with nutritious pili nut milk with a hint of sweetness. This recipe is vegan, paleo and dairy-free.
Ingredients:
- 120ml water
- 30g Pili Pushers Ginger and Turmeric pili nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon of raw honey (substitute Anaya Trigona honey if available)
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor
- Blend for up to three minutes or until desired consistency is reached
- Enjoy strained or unstrained depending on your preference.
